Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain new business opportunities by upselling and
aligning products to organizational priorities
Partner with internal resources to increase adoption of SaaS
products and grow revenue over time
Develop in-depth knowledge of customer needs and provide feedback
to engineering and product teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Account Management experience in a SaaS environment,
preferably in healthcare
Strong experience in identifying growth opportunities and expanding
revenue
Ability to manage business processes in complex environments
Experience in product engagement and feature utilization
Strong understanding of the client ecosystem and decision-making
processes
