A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement and growth through effective adoption
strategies and regular business reviews
Achieve financial targets by maintaining a rolling forecast and
communicating renewal risks
Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk
mitigation strategies for key accounts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account
Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
Experience with quota-carrying roles and a history of meeting
performance indicators
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Strong contract negotiation skills with a successful track
record
Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities
