A company is looking for a Total Loss Customer Care Specialist
to support the vehicle title transfer process for salvage
vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Process title documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain organized workspace and manage communication with
stakeholders regarding title documentation
Meet expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and complete
assigned tasks within the designated timelines
Required Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Ability to type 40+ words per minute
Knowledge of provider-specific requirements
Experience in handling customer service inquiries effectively
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business
needs
