Job Description:
A company is looking for a Market Support Representative for
Group Insurance in the West Region.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and
brokers
Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer expectations
and manage service requests
Assist in renewal preparation and ensure timely delivery of all
renewals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in employee benefits or insurance
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Office
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
environment
Results-oriented with a focus on superior service delivery
College degree preferred, but not required
