Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success
Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of customers while shaping
their customer success strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Foster and manage strong, strategic, long-term client relationships
with decision-makers and benefit brokers
Drive customer satisfaction, enrollments, and program value with
partnership and enterprise clients
Identify underlying customer needs and leverage company resources
to ensure client retention and advocacy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant professional experience managing an account
portfolio
Prior experience managing health and wellness benefits for
employers
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Passionate about innovation in digital health
Must be authorized to work in the United States
