Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to
assist students with inquiries and provide information about
university policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via
phone, email, or chat
Ensure compliance with federal student privacy laws and maintain
confidentiality
Collaborate with various departments to resolve student concerns
and maintain performance goals
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required
Familiarity with federal educational funding options and military
educational funding sources
Ability to work in a high-energy team environment with limited
supervision
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
software and other relevant applications
Understanding of FERPA guidelines and university policies regarding
student privacy
