Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Project Director to lead
large-scale improvement initiatives in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to improve health and healthcare
quality, particularly in pediatric oncology
Build and manage partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring effective
collaboration and support for improvement initiatives
Mentor and develop a diverse team while overseeing project
execution and financial management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least ten years of experience in healthcare improvement and
leading large-scale initiatives
Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and diverse
teams
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; experience in
global initiatives, especially in Latin America
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
