A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts to
increase ARR and drive strategic expansion
Develop and execute account plans, aligning customer needs with the
product ecosystem
Drive retention, mitigate churn risks, and guide customers through
major transitions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success,
account management, or sales in a SaaS environment
Experience with account mapping and strategic growth planning for
enterprise customers
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and their influence
Proven ability to drive expansion and manage complex customer
relationships
Proficient in CRM tools and data analytics for strategy and
decision-making
