Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Service Representative II
to provide customer service for retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding
retirement plans
Assist with online account access, loan eligibility, rollovers, and
market volatility discussions
Maintain knowledge of retirement product lines and IRS rules to
provide accurate information
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in financial services with customer service
in a contact center
Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are required
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
General understanding of FINRA and governmental rules and
regulations
