Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Direct to Consumer Sales
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of licensed agents to achieve sales targets through
data-driven insights and coaching
Analyze performance data and call recordings to identify trends and
areas for improvement
Handle escalated caller issues and develop Performance Improvement
Plans for team members
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License in good standing
3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Medicare
Experience in broker-style settings with high-risk accounts
Experience in upselling Medicare members in a PDP cross-selling
environment
Experience in outbound sales call center infrastructure
