Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Tech to provide
direct patient care under the direction of a Behavioral Health
Specialist or registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to treat patients with
various behavioral health issues
Observe patient mood and behaviors, perform rounds, and assist with
daily living activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
At least 6 months of direct patient care experience
Specialized training in basic patient care preferred (e.g., CNA,
MA, military medical training)
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to assist with various patient care procedures as
directed
