- Epic Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Customize the Willow module to align with clinic workflows and
scheduling rules
Analyze and design workflows to improve clinic operations
Provide training to staff on using Willow features for patient
scheduling
Required Qualifications
Certified in Willow Inpatient
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of Epic Willow functionality
Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and workflows
