Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee
production employees and ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and enforce quality and safety standards among team
members
Supervise and manage production team members, including hiring,
training, and performance evaluations
Establish work schedules and manage production information in the
MRP system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Two years of college coursework completed
One year of work experience in a lead or supervisory role
Ability to utilize Excel and other relevant software
Experience in presenting manufacturing data for managerial
review
