Key Responsibilities
Design stunning animations for mobile games to enhance player
immersion
Own the animation pipeline, refining processes for efficiency and
quality
Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to align
animations with game vision
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation for casual
games
Advanced proficiency in Unity and Spine, including rigging and
optimization
Proven ability to manage animation pipelines from concept to
implementation
Experience in defining animation workflows and mentoring junior
team members
Deep understanding of mobile constraints and balancing visuals with
performance efficiency
