Job Description:
A company is looking for a SOC - Security Specialist Level
2.
Key Responsibilities
Manage services for Managed Security Service customers, including
threat assessment and remediation
Handle internal and client escalations, engaging with key
stakeholders and following SOC policies
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and incident response
playbooks, and analyze security log data
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong technical skills in Managed Security Services, IT
applications, networking, and infrastructure
Experience in cybersecurity and knowledge of current threats,
tools, and techniques
Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis situations
effectively
Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and
improvement in security technologies
Experience in mentoring and providing technical support to junior
colleagues
