Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Specialist
(Certified Peer Recovery Coach or Support Specialist) for the West
Coast Region (PST).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate group interventions and case management for members with
Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
Co-facilitate multidisciplinary groups and provide evidence-based
SUD services
Manage member communication and documentation while adhering to
confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
Peer Recovery Coach Certification (Required)
Experience facilitating support groups and at least 1 year of peer
recovery experience
Familiarity with addiction recovery and experience with Electronic
Medical Records, HIPAA, and 42 CFR part II
Case management experience and an enthusiastic dedication to
service excellence
Must disclose any private practice work that may conflict with the
role
