Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Test Lead to oversee the
testing lifecycle for Workday implementations and updates.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules for
Workday implementations and upgrades
Lead test case development and coordinate test cycles, including
SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Track, report, and prioritize defects while collaborating with
technical and functional teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2 years
leading Workday testing efforts
Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules, such as HCM,
Payroll, and/or Financials
Proven track record of leading SIT, UAT, and regression testing
cycles
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Kainos, etc.)
