Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Associate to support content
creation and maintenance for various verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver accurate and timely content with guidance from
managers and partners
Audit and maintain accurate content within help centers and
associated chatbots
Support content review processes across cross-functional teams and
deliver KPI reporting for leadership
Required Qualifications
At least one year of professional experience
Familiarity with help centers and associated chatbots
Previous experience in content creation
Ability to manage changing requirements and adjust plans
accordingly
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to
multi-task
