Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operations Vendor Administrator to support and optimize vendor relationships critical to the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the onboarding process with procurement and maintain vendor records
Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Complete quarterly Vendor Scorecards and assist in annual vendor reviews

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of mortgage processing experience preferred
Proficient with Encompass
Strategic understanding of the mortgage lending function
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
