Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Investigator responsible for
analyzing and detecting fraud trends and patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Review, mitigate, investigate, and recover allegations of external
customer asset fraud
Examine and analyze bank transmittal records to determine
chargeback eligibility
Communicate with customers, merchants, and leadership regarding
fraud claims and trends
Required Qualifications
Degree preferred, or high school diploma with 2-3 years of
experience in the financial sector
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and
production goals
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
