Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide
excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries and
requests.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and emails, contributing to the client
support team's daily goals
Assist clients with the University Services Web portal and resolve
issues related to data reporting
Maintain knowledge of Department of Transportation drug testing
concepts and requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Two years of corporate or retail customer service experience
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
