Job Description:
A company is looking for an ERISA Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Develops content addressing new compliance legislation for internal
and client distribution
Partners with Compliance team and client service teams to ensure
compliance needs are met
Acts as a subject matter expert and presents at various educational
events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
Juris Doctor preferred
Four or more years of related work experience in employee benefits
and compliance
Experience in drafting white papers on benefits compliance
issues
Active state bar license preferred
