Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Manage the contract lifecycle and maintain an accurate contracts
database
Provide legal guidance on nonprofit law and related issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum six (6) years of relevant legal experience
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active law license in good standing with no disciplinary
history
Experience in nonprofit or data privacy law is a plus
