Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Developer to support and
enhance core business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL,
JCL, DB2, Teradata, and SAS
Perform database design, development, and optimization in DB2 and
Teradata
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe batch jobs and
real-time processes
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in mainframe development, including COBOL,
JCL, and DB2
Experience with Teradata and/or SAS is a plus
Strong expertise in database programming and query optimization in
DB2 and Teradata
Experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M
Hands-on experience with debugging and performance tuning tools
such as Xpediter and File-AID
