Job Description:
The Call Center Customer Service Professional ensures that our
clients receive excellent, proficient, and courteous service while
corresponding with representatives of our company. Interact with
clients while providing information and responding to inquiries
about products and services, process orders, while ensuring
customer satisfaction. A thorough understanding of company and
product knowledge is required and essential in providing customer
service that is befitting of our company?s standards.
The Call Center Customer Service Professional must effectively
trouble-shoot, resolving discrepancies or complaints expressed by
the Customer. The delivery of effective customer service is the
prime responsibility of those who are appointed to this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of experience in a high volume call center
environment.
