This local college is looking for a motivated customer service
representative in their call center.
Skills and Responsibilities: 300-500 inbound phone calls on a
dialer system using scripts. They are looking for someone who has
strong customer service, detail orientation, strong work ethic,
high energy, able to follow direction, ability to multi task, good
data entry, typing, and computer experience. The right candidate
will speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative
situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to
questions; demonstrate one-on-one presentation skills.

Requirements: Must be comfortable reading from a script, Must have
recent inbound and outbound call center experience, ability to
multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
strong data entry.
