Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Product Sales Manager to lead and
develop a team of Mid-Market IT Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives
Assist the team throughout strategic sales cycles by understanding
customer needs
Monitor sales performance and report on team and individual
results
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of management experience in tech sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual
contributor
Experience selling IT software and/or security-related products
Knowledge of common IT tools and ability to learn new
technologies
Able to accurately forecast team performance
