Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Database Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL database systems for a 24x7 SaaS platform
Provide leadership for data operations, security, management, and usage policies
Mentor team members and guide developers on database development and optimization

Required Qualifications

BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
10+ years of experience with relational database administration
3+ years of experience administering highly-available PostgreSQL databases
Expertise in PostgreSQL architecture, query optimization, and PL/PgSQL development
Proficiency in operating PostgreSQL in a Linux environment
