Job Description:
A company is looking for a BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with a
Secret clearance for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy software and
integrated interfaces
Coordinate customer onboarding and manage project requirements and
documentation
Participate in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and on-call
rotations
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy/Helix developer
Expertise in BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher and ITIL
methodologies
Experience with customizing ITSM applications and writing ARS
workflows
Security+ certification required within 3 months of start date
