Immediate need for Copier and Printer Service Technician seeking excellent company benefits/perks, growth opportunities and stable company. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, experience with diagnostics and repair of common printer and copier models. Experience with Konica Minolta, Toshiba, and Copystar equipment lines a strong plus will be keys to success in this well-known, dynamic organization. Will be responsible for phone and email based technical support to dealers for Konica Minolta, Toshiba, and Copystar copiers, printers, and MFP's. Conduct parts research on OEM parts to provide customer with proper part number. Help review and process warranty parts claims on equipment for Copier Services company. Great benefits.
