Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Health Specialist - Physical
Therapist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and
treatment plan development
Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support
digital services with appropriate documentation
Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of
digital services while collaborating with other departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Physical Therapist License in Georgia or Florida, or eligibility
for GA Compact PT License
Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish
Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
Willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states as needed
