Records all entires, vital signs, and data using the appropriate manual forms or electronic charting. Create and maintain a calm atmosphere throughout the unit and through the shift. Monitors for any resident change of condition and promptly reports to the nurse. Assists with performing tasks that adhere to residents' plan of care and choice in resident-centered environment.
