Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to
provide ongoing clinical support and improve patient care
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Screen and process patient check-in forms, dosage change requests,
and adverse drug events
Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance patient satisfaction and
streamline clinical processes
Monitor team performance metrics and conduct audits to uphold
quality standards
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse,
Physician's Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse
At least 1 year of telemedicine experience
EMR experience strongly preferred
Computer literacy
