Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Editor with experience in
Veeva PromoMats to join their team in a remote freelance
capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Copyedit promotional materials for grammar, punctuation, and
spelling
Ensure compliance with AMA style, brand guidelines, and FDA
regulations
Prepare jobs for MLR submission using Veeva Vault PromoMats
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., English, journalism,
life sciences)
Minimum 5+ years' experience editing pharmaceutical promotional
materials
Minimum 5+ years' experience annotating and referencing
Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva Vault PromoMats
Experience working across a range of therapeutic areas and product
launches is a plus
