Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Quality Specialist to assist
in Medication Therapy Management and quality programs.
Key Responsibilities
Verify member demographic and medication information and enter it
into the MTM platform
Contact members to explain the MTM program benefits and schedule
appointments for pharmacists
Respond to calls from providers, members, and pharmacies, triaging
to clinical pharmacists as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a related field
Active pharmacy technician license in North Carolina is
preferred
Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through
Friday
