Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Success
(Clinical Trials).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive the promised value from their relationship
and manage escalations related to project execution
Own revenue targets and collaborate with internal teams to meet
those targets
Conduct quarterly business reviews and create account management
plans addressing engagement and business development
opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related
discipline
7+ years of relevant experience in software development, preferably
in distributed computing environments
Familiarity with product usage across all assigned customers
Experience in managing customer relationships and addressing user
adoption issues
Ability to build relationships with senior leadership at customer
organizations
