Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to
join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure successful onboarding of new customers by leveraging
knowledge of products and solutions
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to
maximize value realization
Identify revenue growth opportunities and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to implement strategies
Required Qualifications
Demonstrable success in Customer Success Management roles with a
diverse portfolio of customers
Experience in Payments, Fintech, or Software companies is
desirable
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of software sales
and subscription KPIs
Experience in providing best practice advisory on SaaS
strategies
Ability to liaise with multiple internal teams and stakeholders
effectively
