Monitor customer performance metrics and advocate for customer
needs across various functions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of client management experience at a software company,
agency, or consultancy
A Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience in Customer Success or driving product adoption
and revenue growth
Experience with complex, multi-divisional customers
Technical proficiency with APIs and third-party integrations
