Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to
oversee operational and financial activities of multiple properties
in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations and ensure timely resolution of issues
Act as primary contact for property owners and prepare financial
reports
Develop and control budgets, monitor maintenance work orders, and
ensure compliance with lease agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience in
Property and Facilities management
Real Estate License required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Leadership skills to motivate team performance
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
