Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead
operational efforts and scale analytics-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to support company
growth and efficiency
Oversee daily operations and manage resource allocation and project
execution
Drive the integration of data analytics and machine learning into
operational processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering,
Computer Science, or a related field
Master's degree highly preferred
10+ years of experience in operations management, with 6 years in
the healthcare data space
Proven track record in leading operations for a rapidly growing
organization
Experience with project management and change management
