Job Description:
A company is looking for a Margin Manager to join their Capital
Markets team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee margin adjustments and align them with market conditions to
maximize revenue
Identify revenue opportunities and adapt pricing strategies based
on market dynamics
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on
performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in capital markets or secondary marketing,
focusing on margin management
Strong proficiency with SharePoint, SaaS platforms, and mortgage
pricing engines
Experience in creating actionable dashboards and reports for margin
performance analysis
Deep understanding of capital markets, secondary marketing, and
industry regulations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
initiatives in a fast-paced environment
