Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Policy Administration
Operations to lead policy administration within their Individual
Disability Insurance business line.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and develop the Inforce Policy Administration team
Develop metrics, procedures, and policies focused on future
improvements
Collaborate with the Contact Center and Sales team to enhance
customer service
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of leadership experience in team development
2+ years of application management experience in insurance or
related fields
Strong background in change management and guiding teams through
transitions
Ability to read contracts and understand application life
cycles
Experience in Individual Disability Insurance or employee benefits
is preferred
