Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Proposal Strategy and
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of large group Specialty proposals and
related delivery activities
Create competitive responses for RFPs and finalist presentations
aligned with business objectives
Manage the overall response process to public or private issued
RFPs/RFIs, including project management and proposal
development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of technical experience with proposals and/or go-to-market
strategy
5+ years of management experience
Sales experience preferred
Knowledge or experience with Specialty products - Dental, Vision,
Life and Disability preferred
