Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Solutions and
Transformation to lead health equity initiatives across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement health equity training programs and resources
for associates and clinicians
Identify and adapt evidence-based health equity innovations and
best practices
Collaborate with internal partners to design and manage health
equity solutions and track outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public health, business administration, or a
related field
Experience managing high-profile partnerships and
cross-collaborating with executive leaders
Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
Extensive knowledge in adult learning theory and clinical
transformation
Experience in coaching and developing teams to foster engagement
and high performance
