Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio that enhances customer service experience
throughout the omni order lifecycle
Define and establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap in
collaboration with stakeholders
Lead backlog prioritization, user story creation, and ensure
successful product delivery through testing and iteration
Required Qualifications
Advanced understanding of Product Management and human-centered
design practices
Experience in defining cohesive product vision, strategies, and
roadmaps
Intermediate understanding of Scrum and its application in Product
Management
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
without formal authority
Experience working with third-party vendors
