Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager (Remote) to enhance
customer retention and identify revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer
success team to maintain customer contracts
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer needs and
ensure timely commitments
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during contract
renewals to maximize growth
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Renewals or Procurement, or 4+ years in
Sales or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with Salesforce required; Outreach experience is a
plus
Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals
Ability to grow business strategically and create new processes
with limited direction
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive
various objectives
