Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle-Billing to
oversee and enhance revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Medical Collectors/Accounts Receivable
Representatives to ensure effective revenue cycle operations
Track and communicate billing KPIs and ensure adherence to billing
rules
Review and resolve billing queries, reconcile unbilled cases, and
complete end-of-month duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience in ASC, hospital management, or healthcare
provider revenue cycle operations
3 years of management experience in revenue cycle
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, and HIPAA regulations
Experience with major payers including Workers' Compensation and
Auto
