Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Professional
Services to lead their Professional Services team and manage
complex customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing Professional Services team
focused on customer satisfaction
Own and manage the creation of customer-facing Statements of Work
(SOWs) and standardize the scoping process
Oversee the delivery of complex deployments and work closely with
cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and
expectations
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success,
or related field
Proven experience in building and leading high-performance
teams
Strong understanding of software implementations and systems
integration
Experience with AP Automation and complex integrations with ERP
systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related
field preferred; PMP certification is a plus
