and Alaska regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to drive business performance and motivate store
leadership teams
Hire, train, and develop store leadership teams while ensuring
optimal staffing levels
Analyze business opportunities and monitor KPIs to achieve district
and company goals
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in retail management
Experience in a multi-unit retail environment
Proven track record of leading teams and achieving profit & loss
results
Keen awareness of retail trends and marketplace dynamics
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence change
