Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Change &
Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and improve change and culture strategies to enhance
organizational agility
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and support change
initiatives for employee adoption
Design and execute engagement strategies to foster a strong
organizational culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in HR, change management, or
employee experience
Experience designing and facilitating engaging experiences for
cross-functional audiences
Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools; Prosci
certification is a bonus
Tech-savvy with a self-starter attitude and ability to navigate
various systems
